Bio Details

Josh Mauldin

Controller

Josh Mauldin joined SuRo Capital as Controller in March 2026. Prior to joining SuRo, Josh served as General Manager, Finance for Lendlease Americas Inc., a global real estate company. At Lendlease, he was the first external hire brought in to establish and lead accounting and finance functions for the newly launched U.S. based real estate investment management platform.

Prior to Lendlease, Josh was Senior Manager in Corporate Accounting at McKesson Corporation, where he served as the corporate finance partner to newly formed McKesson Ventures. Prior to that, he was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Transaction Services practice, where he advised clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters in connection with capital market transactions. Josh began his career at Grant Thornton LLP in San Francisco as an audit associate focused on financial services clients.

Josh is an active CPA and CMA. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from Sonoma State University.
